Ordering Info
We aim to prepare your orders as fast as possible. Please note the following:
- Orders before 5pm are typically fulfilled same day, not including weekends. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped.
- If you need your order same day, we will do our best to accommodate. Rush orders are subject to a 15% rush fee.
- If there are any issues with your order during production, we will contact you.
- All candy orders are final sale.
- If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- We do not give refunds based on personal preference.
- If items are missing from your order or if any items are damaged, please provide us with an email with photo evidence of the damaged goods.
- It is up to the customer to provide correct shipping and contact information when submitting an order. We do not take responsibly if an order has been shipped to an incorrect address. If a mistake has been made prior to your order being shipped out, please email us so we can make necessary changes.
- All candy products are created based on candy availability. We cannot guarantee that any two products will be the same. If you would like to make a special request, please email us at info@sukkerbaby.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
