Ordering Info
We aim to prepare your orders as fast as possible. Please note the following:
- Please allow 2 business days to prepare your order. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped.
- If you need your order sooner than 2 days, please e-mail us and we will do our best to accommodate. There will be a 15% rush fee.
- If there are any issues with your order during production, we will contact you.
- All candy orders are final sale.
- If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- We do not give refunds based on personal preference.
- If you have placed a pick up order and decide to cancel it after it’s ready for pick up, we will not issue a refund.
- If items are damaged or if you are missing items, please provide us with an email with photo evidence.
- It is up to the customer to provide correct information when submitting an order. We do not take responsibly if an order has been shipped to an incorrect address. If a mistake has been made prior to your order being shipped out, please email us so we can make necessary changes.
- All candy products are created based on candy availability. We cannot guarantee that any two products will be the same. If you would like to make a special request, please email us at info@sukkerbaby.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
