Shipping and Delivery

During the Canada Post strike, we only ship via UPS, Purolator and Canpar. We do not ship via Canada Post.

We aim to ship our orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following:

Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

  • Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $75.00 CDN (before sales tax and after any discounts), unless shipping to a PO Box which may incur an additional cost. 
    • This excludes Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.
  • Expedited Shipping provides an estimated shipping travel time once the item is submitted to the carrier. If the shipping time provides an estimation of 1 business day, this does not mean that your order will be shipped out and delivered within 1 business day - this just means that once it has been shipped, it will take approx. 1 business day to arrive. This is not express shipping. 
  • We do not ship to P.O Boxes. If you require shipping to a PO Box, you may incur an additional cost. 

  • We generally do not ship on weekends or on holidays. 
  • Delivery times outside of Ontario can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to arrive. Longer shipping times may occur due to shipping delays beyond our control. 
  • Delivery times to remote areas may take longer than normal. Orders can arrive anywhere between 4-12 business days.
  • Please be specific with delivery instructions as to where we should leave your order if you are not home and it must be left outside.  We truly hope your order stays in perfect condition upon receiving it, however, we are not responsible for  theft, lost packages or any other acts of god.  
    • It is recommended that deliveries are not sitting unattended in the outside heat during warmer weather. Please plan accordingly if you anticipate your package sitting in the sun for long periods of time. 
  • If your package has for some reason been returned to us (ie - wrong address given, no occupancy etc) and the package needs to be resent, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping. If you wish to have a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund price. 

International Shipping

  • Shipping is free on U.S orders over $75.00 USD (after any discounts). 
    • This does not include: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific. 
  • Orders may take anywhere between 2-7 business days to arrive. Longer shipping times may occur due to shipping delays beyond our control. 
  • All orders shipped to the U.S may incur extra duties and taxes. U.S customers are responsible for the payment of any additional charges that may apply, and Sukker Baby has no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for current charges. 

*Please note: Once the order has been shipped, we have no visibility into UPS', Purolator's or Canada Post' system, further than the tracking number that they provide. Please always contact the carrier before contacting us to find out more about your package if there are any issues.

    Delivery

    • If you require same day or weekend local delivery, please e-mail us at info@sukkerbaby.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Extra charges will apply.  
    • If you require orders to be delivered between a certain time of day, please reach out. This may incur an extra shipping charge. 
    • Please be specific with delivery instructions as to where we should leave your order if you are not home and it must be left outside.  We truly hope your order stays in perfect condition upon receiving it, however, we are not responsible for weather, animals, theft, lost packages or any other acts of god.  
      • We do not ship with ice packs. 
    • If you pay for delivery but the package has for some reason been returned to us (ie - wrong address given, no occupancy etc) and the package needs to be resent, the customer will be charged for shipping again. The shipping charge will not be refunded if the customer wants a refund on a returned product. 
    • For same day local delivery, an extra shipping charge will be incurred depending on location of delivery.
